Some football players in Year 5 & 6 were lucky enough to take part in a tournament organised by Swindon Town Football Club on Wednesday 25th November at Dorcan Academy. The game was 6-a- side and we took 8 players for our squad. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t ideal but the players did an amazing job to play in difficult conditions on a slippery astro-turf

To round off our AD900 topic, where we looked at the Islamic Empire, we decided to do some Islamic Art. The art we looked at was based on patterns and shapes. On Thursday Year 2 had a great morning at Warneford Secondary School in their annual ‘Multi Skills Sports Morning’.
