As an end of term treat Kangaroos earned a water day. The day started with them getting changed into suitable clothing then we went out into the shaded area of the field and tested out different plastic trays to see which one would hold the most pebbles before sinking. After break we had a water race but there was a problem with the buckets-
Kangaroos have had a busy end of year in Year 4. We have made Minecraft worlds and written stories about them. We have created tongue twisters and had competitions repeating them. We have also done printing to make a new symbol for the USA as part of our Road trip to the USA topic. We learned about dream-catchers and made our own with beads,
